Prof Ronit Lubetzky


Prof. Ronit Lubetzky is the Director of the Pediatrics Department at the Dana Dwek Children's Hospital, Tel Aviv Medical Center. She is also the head of the Pediatric Nutrition and Obesity Clinic at the Dana Dwek Children's Hospital.
Prof. Lubetzky serves as a Professor of Pediatrics at the Faculty of Medicine at the Tel Aviv University, Tel Aviv, Israel.
Prof. Lubetzky has an active research program in Neonatal Nutrition. She has mentored a large number of undergraduate and graduate students, as well as Pediatrics residents.
Prof. Lubetzky's current research areas include exploring human milk composition in various maternal and neonatal settings, and exploring unique ingredients in preterm human milk that might prevent the development of NEC, pediatric nutrition, and metabolism.
Prof. Lubetzky published more than 100 original papers, reviews, comments, and book chapters in the field of Pediatrics and Pediatric nutrition.
Current committee appointments include being a member of the Governmental Committee on Nutrition, Israel Ministry of Health, former secretary general of the Israeli Society of Clinical Pediatrics, former Chair of the research fund, and the Israeli Milk Council at the Israeli Ministry of Health.
